Our name is changing, our quality remains

We are proud to announce that, effective 19 January 2026, BirdsEye Short Stay will continue under a new name: SolsBury Prime Rentals BV.

What began in December 2023 with the launch of our rental operations has rapidly grown into a high-end short-stay concept, offering 35 fully furnished apartments. Over time, we have firmly positioned ourselves as a reliable and flexible partner in premium temporary accommodation for expats, business professionals, and private individuals.

This name change marks the next phase in our development. SolsBury Prime Rentals BV is part of SolsBury Private Equity and reflects our ambition for continued growth and excellence.

What remains unchanged is what we stand for: the same hospitality and flexibility, the same high-quality finishing of our apartments, the same personal service, and the same trusted points of contact.
