We kindly request that you check out by 12:00 PM. If you’d like a later check-out, just let us know - we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

How is access to the apartment arranged, are there key instructions?

1 - 14 nights
You will receive the lockbox number and code no later than one day before arrival.

14 nights - 6 months
Access to the apartment is arranged through a scheduled check-in inspection, during which we hand over the keys and guide you through everything you need for your stay.

Is it possible to store my luggage?

Our apartment complex does not have a reception desk or luggage storage, so it is unfortunately not possible to store your luggage temporarily.
